THE AFRICAN POISON

 AFRICAN POISON

This is your classroom painted with multiple colors.
and here are some books you can get yourselves busy with, says our teacher.
Flipping through the books of history, countless questions arose .
Putting me in a world best explained in my head

THE AFRICAN POISON
How envied we are , and how honored they were to step  feet into a land flowing with resources that gave them the status they claim to have today.
From creation we existed with able bodied men
Working tirelessly for the picture of a strong continent.
Fighting side by side to defend and protect their people, cultures, and sovereignty
“So help us God, they say”

In diversity we fought, conquered ourselves and built empires that the pink, but red when angry and white skins, came to destroy.
Yes we were united despite raiding our towns by ourselves, because if we weren’t, the hatted cowmen, and sailors wouldn’t have reported religion as the only way to break in, and to steal our heritage from us.
Just as it happened “When the Missionaries arrived, the Africans had the land and the Missionaries had the Bible. They taught us how to pray with our eyes closed. When we opened them, they had the land and we had the Bible”. Jomo Kenyatta, what a poisonous way of killing our generation, and those to come.
I GUESS WE WERE GIVEN A POISON.

If not so, then where were the giants, the gods, and our African magic that protected us from more dangers, than the long sticks with fire spitting mouths, that were also used on us.
Making love, hard work, and  the breast milk of our mother’s a waste.
DEFINITELY WE WERE POISONED
And same POISON has gotten our gods weak, forgetting we were fighting to preserve them from only existing on papers, but to be seen and practiced by those unborn.

Oh Jomo Kenyatta, Kwameh Nkuruma, Frantz Fanon, Julius Nyerere, Nelson Mandela and other African heroes, saw this coming; and now I can point to some few and say “Here are the poisons”.

See the appeasing sweet on their lips.
The same sweets which slowly crippled our strength from WEST, SOUTH, EAST AND NORTH of the continent through the help of their ships, boat and sailors.

THE ATLANTIC SLAVE TRADE! This evil practices which started in a much acceptable way of giving out our brothers for substances we called tangible.
Developing to become a tiger that eat up the hearts of our leader’s, into trade us forgetting our contributions to the societies they were only opportune to rule by the availability of the “warrant papers”.

THE POISON OF RELIGION that combated with our gods, and was made to be generally accepted, if really we want to be civilized.
Same religion that has encouraged laziness based on understanding in African son’s.
Looking up to God for almost everything, when those that introduced the practice it are realists and hardworking to solve the challenges they confront.

Making us believe God controls the earth, while they seat and laugh at our stupidity to be dependent on their science, and God for virtually every challenge we face.
Truly we were given some POISON to be this clueless of what is really real, and what we were made to believe.
"Oh Bob Marley  sang that we should emancipate ourselves from mental slavery that has kept our knees down to the ground for decades past."

OH AFRICA CAN’T WE SEE?
Can’t we see how the injections containing the poison (Virus) of western culture have crept in, breaking our defenses.
Throwing away what made us, us and planting their own acidic content such as COMMUNISM, CAPITALISM AND SOCIALISM TO REPLACE OUR AFRICAN SOCIALISM which encourages giving and mutual coexistence
African socialism, a belief in sharing economic resources in a traditional African way, as distinct from classical socialism. An ideology which early Africans, and African politicians of the 1950s and 1960s professed their support for African socialism, although definitions and interpretations of this term varied considerably  (The Ujamaa philosophy).

Keeping us in a situation of dilemma and mix concepts put together, leaving Africans economic system with no opposition but mixed economy because she knows not what to accept.
Now our defenses are broken, and our African leadership structure have been replaced and reduced to nothing.

HOW ON EARTH DID WHE GET HERE IF NOT BY THEIR POISONS?
Here, where we circle same corrupt men, and calling it democracy even when an average citizen can’t afford the cost of electoral campaigns and party tickets.
See the POISON is in their injection, having a combination of SLAVERY CAPITALISM, SOCIALISM, COMMUNISM, RELIGION, BORROWED CULTURE, ILLEGAL LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE and the only medicine they left us with is education so let us all liberate ourselves from this mental slavery that we were born into or carved to be below them on all sides.

Come on, they made us this way, for we were never destined to be this way but only our actions will get us our rightful place in the globe among other continents.

Africa rise up,.
Africans unit.
Africans restore the lost glory.
Africa be yourself, and not a fake duplicate of your original self

AFRICA WE WERE CREATED TO TAKE THE LEAD, SO LET’S BUILD OUR STRENGTH, KILL OUR FEARS AND STAND TO OUR ORIGINAL PLACE. VOMITING AND REJECTING THE EVIL POISONS THEY ARE GIVING WITH SMILES ON THEIR FACE JUST TO BLIND US.
